APPLE-CHEDDAR STUFFED CRÊPES


Servings: 4-6 crêpes


Ingredients:


1) Pancake/crêpe mix as per packaging instructions:


· 1 cup Gogo Quinoa pancake mix

· 1 cup plant-based milk

· ¼ tsp. Vanilla

· 1 tbsp. chia seeds + 3 tbsp. water


2) Caramelized apples:


· 4 finely sliced apples

· 2 tbsp. maple syrup

· 1 tbsp. vegan butter


3) Aviva cheddar-style cheeze to taste


Steps:

1) Prepare and cook the crêpes as per packaging instructions

2) Meanwhile, cook the apple slices in a frying pan over medium heat with vegan butter and maple syrup

3) Add cheddar cheeze to the crêpe, add apple slices and roll.

4) Serve with maple syrup
