Portions:
Ingredients:
- 2 portions of ramen noodles Umami
- ½ a block of Aviva Cheddar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- Kimchi, to taste, with some of the liquid
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Cook ramen noodles as per instructions in the packaging
- Meanwhile, heat sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and minced garlic
- Add ramen, Aviva cheddar cheez and kimchi. Stir well
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
