Ingredients:
· 1 block Aviva Gouda-style cheeze
· ¼ cup white wine
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
· ½ tbsp. tapioca starch
· A pinch of nutmeg
Steps:
1. Heat garlic and wine in a skillet and add the rest of the ingredients, constantly mixing. with a whisk until thick.
2. Serve with baguette bread, grapes, apples, cooked potatoes, etc.
