WARM CHEDDAR DIP WITH ROASTED PEPPERS & CHIPOTLE


  • Put these ingredients in a blender until smooth:

1 cup soft tofu

1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise

1 cup roasted red peppers

1 chipotle pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp salt

  • Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish and add 1/2 block of shredded Aviva Cheddar

  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350F

  • Serve this delicious dip with your favourite chips!
