Ingredients:
·     ½ block Aviva bean-based Feta
·     ¼ cup soy cream
·     1 tbsp olive oil
·     1 package cherry tomatoes
·     1 head of garlic, cut in half

Steps:
1.    Preheat oven at 400 F.
2.    Place cherry tomatoes and garlic with some oil in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. This is an express version of tomato confit.
3.    In the meantime, process the feta, soy cream and olive oil in a food processor or with an immersion blender in a bowl.
4.    Garnish the whipped feta with the tomato confit and fresh basil.Â
